I went to Bill Jacobs for service for something that was under warranty. The service department told me that I had issues with front axle boot, engine mounts, suspension and shock absorbers, abnormal tire wear, and that I didn't have the latest software upgrade. I went to an independent mechanic that specializes in German cars for everything but the front axle boot which Bill Jacobs repaired. Our Service Advisor Jeff Hulsebus listened intently as we described some day-to-day driving concerns, and he was quick to get us a quote for replacement tires which we had installed.
